WHAT IS ACE Parking MEET & GREET?
ACE Parking is a valet Meet and Greet service,
allowing you to simply turn up at the airport terminal and leave
your car with one of our representatives, allowing you to move quickly
to check in. On your return, you will be met with your car at the
terminal. Hassle free - great for business and people with families.

| HOW
MUCH DOES IT COST? |
ACE Parking Meet and Greet does cost a little more but the advantages far outweigh
the costs. For that bit of difference in our costs compared to another
company, you get valet parking, peace of mind, no buses, no delays...
just pure convenience.

| WHO
WILL MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT? |
A member of our staff will be at the airport at your pre-arranged
time. They will be at our normal drop off point, unless you have
been advised otherwise.

| WHERE
WILL I GO ONCE AT THE AIRPORT? |
North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal there are 3 lanes-take the middle
lane sign posted “arrivals” (Lower Level). Keep in the lane CARS
ONLY. DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL. Proceed down this lane until
you come to the car hire building on your right hand side and then
pull in on the left hand car layby where our ACE Parking representative
wearing a Jacket/Black Shirt with company logo will collect your
vehicle.
South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS/CAR DROP OFF
and stay in the middle lane. Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO TO
THE UPPER LEVEL. Proceed through the tunnel and go through the traffic
lights and park immediately on the right or the left hand side. Look out for our ACE Parking
representative wearing a Jacket/Black Shirt with company logo will
collect your vehicle.
ON RETURN:
Once you have collected all of your baggage i.e. suitcased skis,
buggies etc please call ACE Parking on 07818 062 875.
ACE Parking will require a maxium of 20 minutes notice to return
your car to the pickup point.

WILL I RECOGNISE ACE Parking MEET AND GREET MEET AND GREET STAFF? |
They will be wearing black trousers
and a white/black shirt or jacket displaying clearly the ACE Meet
and Greet logo.

YOUR DRIVERS INSURED? |
Yes, ACE
Parking Meet and Greet staff are fully insured to drive your vehicle, and
our drivers are carefully selected, vetted and trained to ensure
the safe transfer of your vehicle.

WILL I GET MY CAR BACK? |
You will need to call us on our 24/7
Arrivals Hotline, once you have cleared customs. We will meet you
outside the terminal where we met you on your departure.

I CHANGE MY RETURN DATE? |

I BOOK ON MY DAY OF TRAVEL? |
If you have a last minute booking you will be
able to book your airport parking with us by calling 0870
803 1709 or 07818 062 875

I CANCEL A BOOKING? |
Yes,
please give at least 48 hours notice, by calling us on 0870
803 1709 .
Please
allow 21 days for refund processing. A small administration charge
will be deducted from your refund. Refund charges should not exceed
£5.00 up to 2 days in advance, however will be 50% of the
parking fee if less than 48hours notice is given. (Unless under
special cirumstances) |

Yes you can. Simply follow through are booking procedure.

will endeavour to resolve any problems as soon as possible, to the
satisfaction of both the customer and Meet and Greet, without any third party involvement. All disputes
are handled personally by the ACE Parking UK Ltd. |
